These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of handmade crochet bassinets and related products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. About Us

 

Mount Made is a handmade goods business specialising in crochet bassinets and related baby products.

 

2. Product Information

All our bassinets are handmade crochet items, meaning:

  • Each product may have slight variations in size, colour, and finish.

  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen.

  • Dimensions provided are approximate.

Our baskets are designed primarily for supervised use.

 

 

3. Safety Disclaimer

Our crochet bassinets and baskets are handmade items. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • The bassinet should always be placed on a stable, flat surface.

  • Babies must never be left unattended in the baskets.

  • The bassinets should not be used once the baby can roll, sit, or pull themselves up.

  • Always follow safe sleep guidelines.

  • Maximum weight 9KG

Our bassinets are designed with reference to requirements of BS EN 1466:2023 (UK/Europe). However, they have not been independently tested or certified to this standard.

Mount Made is not liable for misuse of the product.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order.

  • Limit quantities purchased.

  • Cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been accepted.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.

Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment

We accept payment through secure payment providers including:

Orders will only be processed once payment is received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

9. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including:

  • Photos

  • Product designs

  • Logos

  • Written content

is the property of Mount Made and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mount Made shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss resulting from misuse of our products

  • Delays outside our control

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
