Each of our hand crocheted items is carefully made to order with great attention to detail and quality.

As a result, processing time for handmade items is typically 14-21 business days before shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend of the shipping carrier and your location.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or unforeseen circumstances during transit.

You will receive confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. We appreciate your patience and support for handmade craftmanship.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty and you have made us aware within 24hours of receiving the product.
